Profile Plastics Launches Initial Production Program Utilizing TactoTek® Technology

CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA USA JUNE 4, 2024 – In April of 2024 Profile Plastics announced its new licensing agreement of TactoTek IMSE technology.

Now a TactoTek Design and Innovate licensee with rights to sell, design, and produce parts using TactoTek’s intellectual property; Profile Plastics will leverage TactoTek's extensive trade secrets and know-how for designing and producing Injection Molded Structural Electronics (IMSE®) parts.

Profile Plastics is launching its first production program using this new state-of-the-art technology. This next level of manufacturing integrates electronic components within smart surfaces, creating unique user experiences with sustainable, smart molded structures.
